Returns/Exchanges
- I do not accept returns.
- I do not accept exchanges on intimate items (ex: boy shorts and bodysuits) for hygienic reasons.
- If the customer needs to exchange an item, the customer must get in contact and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned in an unwashed, unworn, unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- The differential of the price of the exchanged item may be met with a partial refund or by payment of the remaining cost. The new item will not ship until the remaining cost, if any, is paid. If a partial refund is necessary, it will be issued once the exchanged item is processed.
- Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping
- All packages ship USPS first class unless otherwise requested.
- Please contact me if you would like a tracking number for your order.
- Please double check the shipping address before placing your order.
- If a package is returned to sender for being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- International shipping is available. The cost of shipping, along with any VAT, Customs, or import fees is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Orders
- Payment via Paypal is due at the time of placing the custom order.
- No cancellations, exchanges, or returns are accepted for custom orders.
- Turn around times for custom orders vary. Please contact me to discuss the turn around time if you need the order by a certain date.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to custom orders.
For the best care, wash your items with like colors in cold water.
Colors may vary due to differences in viewer platforms.
